We loved the shuttle service to Shopping Center Norte and checked out the local food scene at the mall. The rooms were clean and quiet, perfect for resting after our adventures. The breakfast was great too, offering a variety of options to kickstart our days. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!

We were really hoping to hit the gym, but it was closed during our stay. That was a bummer since we like to stay active while traveling.

The breakfast spread was super impressive and I really enjoyed the live music in the lounge at night. They also have a lovely indoor pool and relaxing sun loungers by the window to unwind. Just a heads up, the mini bus could wait a bit longer at night near the shopping center for those coming out, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

I had a pleasant stay at this vibrant hotel. The staff was very helpful, especially during breakfast when they managed the busy crowd expertly. The room was spotless and well-equipped. A tip for solo travelers, try to arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush.

The Standard Room offers ample space and a comfy bed, making it quite pleasant to return to after a long day. The breakfast spread is impressive with a variety of local dishes, excelling in both flavor and presentation.

The hotel is situated somewhat remote from attractions, requiring a bit of planning to grab a good meal or an outing. The concierge needs improvement, as I experienced delays getting towels, which took two days. On one night, noise levels were uncomfortably high due to a large group of guests, leading to a less restful atmosphere.

I truly enjoyed the hotel's elegant lobby decor, with cheerful artwork and comfortable seating areas, making it very welcoming for seniors. The staff were always available to assist, ensuring a smooth navigation throughout the facility.

Great hotel for a business trip. The room impressed me with how clean and modern it felt. Breakfast was a standout. so much variety and well-organized, even with many guests. The staff moved quickly to clear tables and replenish food, making the whole experience smooth. Easy access to shopping and the exhibition center is a plus, though I did find it a bit far from downtown. One downside was the noise level at night. some events near the hotel made it hard to find peace. A few extra towels wouldn’t have hurt either, as I had to ask a couple of times upon arrival. But honestly, the convenience and cleanliness made it worthwhile. If you're in Sao Paulo for business, this place is hard to beat.
